Dearfield Associates Inc. has both inbound and outbound capabilities. We currently have 96 fully automated agent stations that serve both our day and night shifts.

 

With a capacity for over 200 representatives and our state of the art predictive dialing system, we are simultaneously operating over 40 individual projects applied throughout the United States and Canada. Each project is individually tracked and reported using custom software, allowing for accurate statistics and data.

 

Our extensive recording system allows instant playback for every call placed. This system enables our verification department to rapidly process calls for final approval. The ease of our systems allows consistent monitoring of all representatives calls to address any particularities and improve telephone techniques to achieve the highest productivity while meeting the highest standards.

 

With our Southwest location we also have the capability to provide service to our clients with a Spanish speaking customer base.
